Who We Are

Our founder Andy Matthew knew from the offset that our practice needed to be different, and set out to establish a community practice that could deliver a personal service to all.

After opening our first branch in Bournemouth in 2012, an ambitious redevelopment of an art deco bank building, it soon became clear that our unique values and fabulous services were a winning combination!  

Our Poole surgery, converted from the iconic Darby’s Corner pub building, soon followed, and allowed us to introduce additional facilities and services.

Both sites offer cheerful, welcoming environments where you and your pet can feel truly at ease, alongside advanced hospital and surgical facilities that allow us to treat all manner of cases onsite. 

We aim to be modern and progressive, and provide unrivalled facilities and expertise, an ethical service and clinical excellence to local pets and charities.  

Great veterinary care shouldn’t cost the earth, and we aim to provide an accessible service for all by offering a range of treatments to suit all budgets.
