Lou grew up in London and moved to Bournemouth during secondary school. She has a degree in equine science and is now developing her career here at Natterjacks by undertaking her Animal Nursing Assistant course. She has a lovely dachshund cross poodle dog named Max who is loved by all the team, he can sometimes be found helping out on reception.
