Shelley graduated from Bristol University in July 2018 and began her career working at a busy charity clinic in Paphos, Cyprus before returning to her hometown and joining the Natterjacks team. Shelley spent the first ten years of her childhood living in Zurich, Switzerland where she learnt to speak German, attended ski school and developed a passion for fondue and chocolate. Although based in Switzerland, family holidays were often spent in Poole where she has fond memories of playing in Poole Park and sunny days spent on the beach.
Whilst at University, Shelley combined her love of travelling with her veterinary studies, working at both a neutering clinic in India and an elephant sanctuary in Thailand. As well as her veterinary degree, Shelley also obtained a first class degree in Zoology from the University of Leeds.
Out of work she enjoys spending time with her family and friends, holidaying in the sun and the occasional game of tennis. Shelley is also a self-confessed football fanatic and a loyal supporter of the Cherries!
