We have been out on the road in recent weeks attending local shows and events and it has been great fun escaping the busy surgery environment and enjoying some fresh air and for the most part some lovely sunshine too. It is always great to see our patients in fine health and having fun away from the surgery.
It was lovely to see lots of familiar faces and make some new friends at Upton Country Park Dogs Festival last Saturday – what a scorcher it turned out to be and the heat only intensified further when we had to run the gauntlet of judging the ‘Best Rescue’ and ‘Dog of the Year’ classes in the fun dog show :-S! Thanks to Sanne and Daizy (and Bethan the week before at the Happy Dogs show!) and as ever Mum for all their help – not to mention Brenda for her terrific lemon cake!
